Bella Aesthetica is a mother and daughter owned medical spa in Albuquerque dedicated to the art of natural restoration. We serve individuals who value both clinical expertise and a personal, community focused approach to beauty. Our care is rooted in the belief that aesthetics is about more than just appearance. Our practice began as a shared dream between a daughter and her mother, Ila, a nurse practitioner with over 25 years of experience. Ila began her career in the NICU, where she mastered the precision and compassion required to care for the most fragile patients. Growing up with this example, I chose to merge my own nursing journey with a passion for artistry. Together, we created Bella Aesthetica to be a place where every client is treated like family and every detail is intentional.

Our team is comprised of talented providers who share a commitment to meticulous standards and lifelong learning. With deep roots in medical nursing, we bring hospital grade safety and advanced technical skill to every procedure. We are constantly evolving, expanding our expertise into functional medicine and hormone support to care for your health from the inside out. Demi Reed is a registered nurse and certified injector with a passion for facial aesthetics and skincare. With nearly a decade of experience in healthcare, she has worked in oncology, urgent care, pediatrics, and neonatal intensive care. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brookline University and later pursued advanced training in injectables and medical aesthetics.

As a co-owner of Bella Aesthetica Medical Spa, Demi specializes in Botox, dermal fillers, and acne treatments to help clients achieve radiant, healthy skin. She is also currently pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)  to further expand her expertise in aesthetic medicine.

Fun Fact: Demi is a proud fiancée and mom to two amazing kids who inspire her every day.

Bella Aesthetica was created from the heart as a shared vision between a mother and daughter. It began with the desire to build a practice where aesthetics and genuine human connection meet. After growing up inspired by my mom’s twenty five year career as a nurse practitioner, I knew I wanted to follow her lead while bringing my own love for artistry into the medical field. We set out to create more than just another medspa. We wanted to build a community where every detail is intentional and every result feels like a natural extension of who you are.

We see Bella Aesthetica evolving into a comprehensive hub for both aesthetics and internal health. As we grow, our focus is expanding beyond the surface to include functional medicine and hormone support. We strive to become a destination where beauty and longevity are treated as one, constantly integrating new technologies and holistic practices to care for the whole person. Our goal is to set a new standard for how medical spas can support a client's health journey through every stage of life.
